Bug Description
I hit the API Error: Opus 5.5 (1M context)'s safeguards flagged this message (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). While discussing security issues with my code. Claude is unable to tell me what the problem with my code is because the answer hits the safeguard flag here.
