[BUG] 2.1.32 cannot installed on arm64 (surface pro 11)

What's Wrong?

When I execute Claude under powershell or git bash on Win 11 on ARM, it cannot bring up the CLI. Simply throw out a segmental fault.

What Should Happen?

CLI brings up to interact with me.
