[BUG] Unable to return back to team lead when viewing team member while it's being shut down

What's Wrong?

If you have a team lead and a single team agent, you switch to that agent via Shift+Up->Enter and then observe it while it's receiving the "Shutdown" message from the team lead, it will close the session but you will not be able to return back to the team leads view as you can no longer Shift+Up anymore. You're stuck from this point onwards:

What Should Happen?

You should be able to return back to the team lead - or at least it should automatically return you back to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1
2. Spawn a team with 1 teammate
3. Switch to that teammate via Ctrl+Up
4. Let the teamlead shut the teammate down
5. Observe how the teammate is shut down but you're no longer able to return to the team lead
