Insights report shows impossible hours count (7,500 hours in 42 days)

Bug Description

The /insights command generates a usage report with an impossible hours figure.

Details

• Reported hours: 7,566 hours
• Date range: 2025-12-24 to 2026-02-04 (42 days)
• Problem: 7,566 hours ÷ 42 days = 180 hours/day (impossible - only 24 hours in a day)

The report states:

"accumulating over 7,500 hours of interaction time"

This would require 312+ days of continuous 24/7 usage, but the date range is only 42 days.

Likely Cause

The hours calculation may be:

• Summing parallel session times (multiple windows/tabs counted separately)
• Counting tool execution time incorrectly
• Some other aggregation bug

Expected Behavior

Hours should reflect actual wall-clock time spent in Claude Code sessions, not exceed the number of hours in the date range (42 days × 24 = 1,008 hours max).
