[Bug] Chrome Extension MCP Connection Failed: Agent Cannot Access Chrome Tools

Bug Description
I have Chrome claude etenstion installed and active, and the MCP dhowing connected. But claude code seems to have problem using chrome tools. The agent says failed to connect to chrome extnsion.
