What's Wrong?

When I launch Claude Code and type /plugin, memory usage spikes, sometimes reaching over 10GB, and the program gets stuck on the Discover screen, making it unusable. After a while, once Discover finishes, the program resumes operation, and memory consumption decreases. What's causing this? My current Claude Code version is 2.1.27.

What Should Happen?

Typing /plugin and pressing Enter should result in smooth operation, normal memory consumption, and maintain the previous performance.
