[Bug] @mention autocomplete fails to re-appear after backspacing in prompt box

Question

**Bug Description**
I try to tag something in the prompt box as an "@" mention. I start typing and i actually see the file momentarily. But after typing a few more characters the file disappears and when i backspace to fewer characters to see if i may have misspelled something the file now never appears in the @ mention box ever again no matter if a escape and @ mention again or not. I need to restart claude to fix the issue each time.
