[Bug] Plan context lost when cleared without saving to disk

Bug Description
I was in plan mode and, in going back and forth between claude and chatgpt, ran low on context. I didn't want to just run the plan so I crossed my fingers and cleared the context and then gave it the next bit of feedback for the plan. turns out the ongoing plan had not been written to disk. luckily i had the previous copy from sending it to chatgpt but this can't be how you want it to work.
