[FEATURE] WHen saving a plan it creates a random file name

Problem Statement

When a plan is created, it creates golden-splashing-crescent or linear-brewing-pancake which has nothing to do with the plan intentions. It makes the plans folder messy to find relevant plants.

Proposed Solution

Add a way to set the plan name to reflect the plan, like 2026-02-16-feat-configurable-username-profile. Adding the date also helps a lot. Maybe not even configurable, but directly doing that, as the current way adds no value, so I'm pretty sure that noone is going to complain to hardcode a way to name plans, if they add value.
