[BUG] Claude cannot recognize nested skills

What's Wrong?

When creating subdirectories under .claude/skills (say .claude/skills/frontend/code-review/SKILL.md) - I would expect that Claude would recognize the skill.
Codex recognizes the skill properly - but Claude does not

What Should Happen?

Claude would recognize the skill

2 I would expect that Claude would recognize the skill (/code-review)
3 /code-review is not recognized
