Bug Description
when I run claude-code cli , my user level slash commands are not loaded.
Environment Info
Platform: macOS 15.6.1
Terminal: macOS terminal
Version: 2.0.28
What Should Happen?
when I run claude-code cli , my user level slash commands should be loaded

Steps to Reproduce
- run
claudein the macOS terminal on the project directory - It loads claude-code cli
- type in
/, it should show user defined commands present in./claude/commands
