Bug Description
when I run claude-code cli , my user level slash commands are not loaded.

Environment Info
Platform: macOS 15.6.1
Terminal: macOS terminal
Version: 2.0.28

What Should Happen?

when I run claude-code cli , my user level slash commands should be loaded

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run claude in the macOS terminal on the project directory
  2. It loads claude-code cli
  3. type in /, it should show user defined commands present in ./claude/commands
