[BUG] Claude Code: Does Not See, Recognize My Reply.

What's Wrong?

Claude Code: Does Not See, Recognize My Reply, even after several attempts. I have say or ask with something short like "Hello". but even when Claude Code wakes up, it can't see what I had responded with, so I have to re-submit response.

What Should Happen?

Claude should recognize every response provided

after communicating for a while (it may be sooner), claude will just start ignoring your responses

and then what is really annoying is that all those that Claude didn't recognize stay at the bottom even after communicating re-ingages.
