[BUG] Extra usage $ is all over the place

What's Wrong?

The extra usage counter is all over the place. Last night, when I finished up with what I was doing, I was just below the extra usage limit I had set. Then this morning when I went to get back to work using claude-code the extra usage $ count was almost $100 over what I had set. I tried using the Fin bot, but am still waiting for a response from the support team. Throughout today every time I have checked the extra usage count has been all over the place at one point was only at $10 which I know wasn't correct. Then I went to use it for a simple request the took about 30sec and it was at $45.

What Should Happen?

The claude code extra usage $ counter should never go too far above the limit you set without rate-limiting the user and it always has until this morning I saw it was way above the limit I set and this was after no usage since it was below the limit when I finished up the previous night. Also it should be a consistent counter not all over the place like this.
