[BUG] `/bug` does not report bug, 🤣

Bug Description

you said "We welcome your feedback. Use the /bug command to report issues directly within Claude Code" at README.md in this repo. But when i use /bug, claude say: "I'll help you identify and fix bugs in the codebase."

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude
2. /bug

Expected Behavior

report issues

Actual Behavior

claude started to find bugs in my project
