[BUG] Can't use with own model

What's Wrong?

I've updated to the v2, and it used to work great with env vars and my own model (i use bedrock) but now i'm invited to use the claude login portal and can't bypass this.

What Should Happen?

If the proper env vars are given, login portal screen should be skipped.

1. export env var ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN
2. launch vscode
3. open the plugin
