[FEATURE] automatic retry with a different model - (on case of issue)

Problem Statement

On "default model" setting we blocked on case there is issue with the model.
So need an option to automatic retry with a different model. to allow automatic tasks keep runnig

Proposed Solution

on the "/config" -> "Model" - define "automatic retry with different model for fallback on issue"
