Problem Statement

Give a setting for Automatic update

Proposed Solution

Allow user to prevent automatic update, with usual Automatic update setting
It usually has 3 options to choose from and 1 manual button like this :

1) Always update automatically
2) Download, but ask to install update
3) Don't check for update
Button : Manually check for update
