[FEATURE] Make the "name" of a conversation more visible

Problem Statement

I run up to 4 instances of Claude Code at a time

Sometimes however, I enter a message into the wrong conversation instance

I'd love it if the "name" of the conversation (e.g. /rename foo) was more visible in the UI so I can better manage my instances and have full visibility.

Proposed Solution

Show the name of a conversation at the top or the bottom of the terminal window.
