[BUG] Sessions are keep disappearing

What's Wrong?

It seems like sessions are keep disapeearing when running /resume command or claude --resume

What Should Happen?

when running /resume command or claude --resume it should display all the sessions list.

Just run claude --resume or /resume command from the claude code cli.
