[BUG] VSCODE Claude code ext. is stuck

What's Wrong?

I am using claude code on VSCode. For the last 2 hrs claude code is stuck in one place and is not responding to any instructions. Only repeats general stuff like greetings at the start. I have reloaded the window several times, logged out and logged in as well. nothing helped. Version 2.1.11

What Should Happen?

It should execute the commands given and return output.
