What's Wrong?
this issue where Claude code is auto-scrolling down to the very bottom when trying to read through code changes or a long doc? Happens when it's thinking.
What Should Happen?
Should allow me to scroll up when it's thinking.

Simply post and when it's thinking try to scroll up and it will keep forcing me down.

im also facning similar challenges and its annoying big time
Yes it came up on recent version. I agree it makes it so I can't monitor it as it run. Part of the issue is that the chat messages have this wierd margin or padding on the bottom between the chat text and chat input field.
This should have been improved on more recent versions.
