[BUG] windows popup issue

What's Wrong?

"On Windows, every bash command creates a visible console window popup that flashes on screen. This is distracting during normal use. Please add the CREATE_NO_WINDOW flag when spawning shell processes on Windows, or provide a setting to enable this behavior.

What Should Happen?

No windows popups. I cannot work as all these pop up windows occur. Please fix this.

Steps to Reproduce

Just run claude CLI in cursor. Thats it. Have it do something in windows env and you will get tons of pop up windows.
