Client360 report shows CRITICAL status for Closed Won deals

Bug Description

The Client360 report continues to display CRITICAL risk status for deals that have been marked as Closed Won in HubSpot.

Example

  • Deal: Tribridge Partners - $660,000
  • HubSpot Status: Closed Won
  • Client360 Status: 🔴 CRITICAL - showing ghosted, stalled, low engagement alerts

Expected Behavior

When a deal moves to "Closed Won" stage, the Client360 risk assessment should:

  1. Clear the CRITICAL status
  2. Update risk signals to reflect closed status
  3. Show deal as successfully closed, not at-risk

Current Behavior

Risk signals persist even after deal closure:

  • GHOSTED - Last contact 68 days ago
  • STALLED - Above average time in stage
  • LOW ENGAGEMENT - 0 emails, 0 meetings
  • SLIPPED - Deal passed expected close date

Impact

  • Misleading risk reports for sales team
  • Confusion about actual pipeline health
  • False urgency on already-won deals

Reproduction

  1. Run /client360 tribridge in Corbie AI
  2. Note the CRITICAL status despite Closed Won stage

Suggested Fix

Add deal stage check before calculating risk signals - skip or modify risk assessment for Closed Won/Closed Lost deals.
