Bug Description
The Client360 report continues to display CRITICAL risk status for deals that have been marked as Closed Won in HubSpot.
Example
- Deal: Tribridge Partners - $660,000
- HubSpot Status: Closed Won
- Client360 Status: 🔴 CRITICAL - showing ghosted, stalled, low engagement alerts
Expected Behavior
When a deal moves to "Closed Won" stage, the Client360 risk assessment should:
- Clear the CRITICAL status
- Update risk signals to reflect closed status
- Show deal as successfully closed, not at-risk
Current Behavior
Risk signals persist even after deal closure:
- GHOSTED - Last contact 68 days ago
- STALLED - Above average time in stage
- LOW ENGAGEMENT - 0 emails, 0 meetings
- SLIPPED - Deal passed expected close date
Impact
- Misleading risk reports for sales team
- Confusion about actual pipeline health
- False urgency on already-won deals
