[BUG] Spanish Mac keyboard: ALT+2 (@) and ALT+3 (#) not working in Claude Code terminal

What's Wrong?
- Mac with Spanish keyboard layout
- ALT+2 (@) and ALT+3 (#) don't work in Claude Code terminal. I press the key and the char don't appear.
- They work fine in other terminals and applications
- Some ALT symbols work fine, like { and [ , but not their closing pairs, and probably others
What Should Happen?
All keyboard keys should work
