[FEATURE] Allow users to disable individual mcp tools for large plugins

Problem Statement

In claude code it's possible currently to view and list available mcp tools from a plugin. But we cant disable individual tools that we dont need.

I started using the official atlassian plugin, but uses a huge amount of context. I want to use my context window for more useful things :D, so I'd like to disable many of the tools I dont need.

Proposed Solution

It would be really cool if we could compress this information and/or selectively pick and chose which tools should be avaliable
