[Feature Request] Add keyboard shortcut to scroll history and return to prompt input

Question

**Feature Description**
keyboard shortcut to leave the prompt state and scroll the history and then jump back to prompt state with the same shortcut, the view should focus the prompt window if not already on the bottom of the page.
