[Bug] Rapid API usage depletion without user activity on Pro tier account

Bug Description
I am using the latest version of Claude Code - I generally start work at 9am, somehow today my usage at 9am was 21%, I closed the app and checked the usage again seconds later and it rose to 24%.

There is nobody else using my account, I am using the Pro tier and there has been many problems with my instance in the last few weeks, but primarily the usage gets drained really quickly (I am using Haiku not Sonnet or Opus). I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me regarding this probably as its making using Claude unusable. There are other problems however this is the main issue (ps i've tried re-installing with a fresh version, the issue is account related as I have the problem on multiple machines using the same account.
