[Bug] Excessive context window consumption causing rapid token budget depletion

Bug Description
My context window just fills up so rapidly even for small tasks, not sure what's causing and many others will large projects or hitting such limits and I ran out of 50% of my weekly budget in 2 hrs session, is that even possible? I am on Max 20X plan!
