[BUG] Be aware you are running on Windows too - as another first class OS

Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

1. Creating nul and can't commit to git
2. Running sh files and then Windows asking what needs to be done to run SH in a dialog.
3. Running LOTS of other tools and then realizing every other tool that you are on Windows.

What Should Happen?

Claude should KNOW it's Windows and use Windows commands first and not create > nul.
