[BUG] Project session running under another project

What's Wrong?

The project session is running under another project's grouping.
/workspace/Project A
/workspace/Project B

When you start a new session of Project B (already chose the Project B folder), the Claude Desktop keeps running Project B under the Project A thread. This occurs in some projects but not all.

What Should Happen?

The Claude Desktop should open a Project B thread for all Project B sessions, or allow the user to move the session to the corresponding project thread.
