[Bug] Incorrect terminal color output

Bug Description
Colors off...
Today I have noticed quite a bit of colors being off. The colors in claude code displays randomly seem to be all mixing together. I also notice that what was showing at the bottom of the screen, suddenly shows up at the top of the screen. And I have to scroll all the way back down again. I have recently switched to PowerShell 7.5.4 as my terminal and that may be the issue.
