[BUG] Freeze with entering a session in the --resume preview

What's Wrong?

To reproduce the issue:

• start claude with --resume
• type <kbd>P</kbd> to preview a session
• type <kbd>Enter</kbd> to enter the session

claude is frozen, the program doesn't respond anymore
