[BUG] Repeated requests about accepting Data Retention

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude Code CLI 2.1.4 and have been repeatedly asked to accept the increased data retention from thirty days to five years. I have repeatedly accepted.

What Should Happen?

Ask once, accept the answer, and quit asking.
