[BUG] I was asking Claude Code to review my privacy settings, and this was one of the searches it did. I believe this user is one of the Claude Code devs.

What Should Happen?

Only search for my local users, not non-existent users on my machine. It seems like it's trained on this user's activity.

Steps to Reproduce

I started claude and it asked something that looked like a privacy agreement and I just hit enter before I could read it. I then asked claude code:

"what did i just agree to, i clicked it too fast something about agreeing to share something"

It asked me if I would like to disable telemetry, and I said yes. This was one of the searches it performed. I'm on Windows in powershell.
