[Feature Request] Add privacy guardrail warning for diagnostic command outputs

Open 💬 0 comments Opened Jul 8, 2026 by hyperpolymath

Bug Description
▎ Privacy guardrail suggestion: When an assistant walks a user through diagnostics (network tests, ipconfig /all, ifconfig, device info), it should proactively warn before the user pastes output — "redact IP/MAC/hostname; the aggregate is more identifying than any single field." Assistants currently invite raw diagnostic dumps with no redaction prompt. Low-effort guardrail, meaningful reduction in casual PII/identifier harvest.
