[FEATURE] Have claude code re-read ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and ./CLAUDE.md after auto-compact

Problem Statement

It would be very helpful if claude code would simply re-read ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and ./CLAUDE.md (if ti exists) after auto-compact. I have to do his manually every time. Seems like an easy fix that would be high impact. Thanks for your consideration! Scott Matthews

Alternative Solutions

I've tried adding language to both files to have them be re-read at auto-compact, but it doesn't take (at least not reliably). claude suggsted I submit this feature request.
