[Payment] Duplicate charges for Claude Pro – multiple invoices for the same billing period

What's Wrong?
Hi Anthropic team,
I’d like to report a billing issue related to my Claude Pro subscription.
During the subscription process, I was charged multiple times for Claude Pro, even though only one subscription can be active on my account. I received four separate Stripe receipts and invoices, all covering the same billing period (Jan 9 – Feb 9, 2026).
At the moment:
Only one Claude Pro subscription is active
One refund has already been issued
There are still additional completed charges that do not correspond to any active service
This appears to be a duplicate charge / billing idempotency issue rather than intended multiple subscriptions.
I have already contacted Support and was advised to submit refund requests through the official refund flow, which I am currently following. I’m opening this issue mainly to document the behavior and help improve the payment flow to prevent similar cases in the future.
