[Bug] Sonnet model quota unusually high at start of billing period (15%)

Bug Description
i just got my new week of usage and somehow sonnet is already 15% used and overall its at 1 % - im not sure if it usually starts at 0, that i don't mind so much but the sonnet 15% felt bugworthy to mention
