[BUG] CTRL-O ruins all current and future (and resumed) claude sessions

What Should Happen?
Claude should open
Error Messages/Logs
I was doing fine, pressed ctrl-o, got to that screen, now they all look like that and I cannot go back. new instances pull up that screen.
