[FEATURE] Enables Claude's App excellent voice dictation on Claude Code

Problem Statement

The Claude web/desktop app has excellent voice dictation that outperforms macOS's built-in dictation. When using Claude Code in the terminal, I'm forced to rely on the system dictation, which is noticeably worse.

Request: Bring Claude's voice input capability to the CLI, either as:

• A keyboard shortcut to toggle voice input
• A /voice command
• Integration with the existing input field

This would significantly improve the developer experience, especially for longer prompts - thank you, great work so far!
