[BUG] Error: Claude Code process exited with code 3，from version 2.0.30 to the latest version

What's Wrong?

VSCode Extension Error: Claude Code process exited with code 3. This issue has existed from version 2.0.30 to the latest version (2.0.70), and I can only use version 2.0.27 now.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open VSCode in a directory.
2. Open Claude Code window.
3. Then this error message appears.
