[BUG] It refuses your filter to make me at manage country flags based on user ip

What's Wrong?

I asked for just adding fluxcdn flags into the "CountryCode" and it refuses repeatedly, i pay the maximum available package and i am very disappointed. This Claude Code is getting worse and worse rather than better. I don't think i am gonna continue with it if it's just making our life worse than better, i do not understand what you expect? You expect us to what? Do not do anything? What do we want Claude Code for then? I could just do it myself then i just want to pay a tool to safe time not to make it worse. That's a simple admin feature i asked it to do, nothing illegal! You are getting worse guys, Google Gemini Pro 3 gonna beat you if you continue like this.... I am sorry really apologize but the way i see it it's just like that.

What Should Happen?

It should have been continued to code and add that fluxcdn country flag and the country name, simply as that as such getting it from cloudflare itself. I do not, i repeat, i do not expose those info to other than admins, we gotta have a way to secure ourselves from people who abusing the services, if as security we get blocked by an AI, then those AI's that doing actually bad things, will just surpass the security and then, in the end we gonna have worse issues. Anyway, it just an admin feature really.... I am very disappointed.

Steps to Reproduce

Just ask it:
we have the ip and the country, to add in DE a flag instead of DE and the country name for user friendliness ok?

It will just reject it with message:
API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Output blocked by content filtering policy"},"request_id":null}
