[Feature Request] Make thinking indicator word customizable or removable

Bug Description
when CC is thinking, there's a useful star (*) that changes size and there's a unique word each time that relates to thinking. (just now it was "shuffling")

1. i agree with the premise -- as a user i want some indication of why i'm waiting (e.g., spinning wheel, growing/shrinking star)
2. I love the star. clean. simple. easy.
3. I hate the changing word. annoying/distracting. i like what you're trying to do, but you're not there yet.
