[Feature Request] Customizable keybindings for extended thinking toggle

Bug Description
The Option+T shortcut for toggling extended thinking conflicts with the standard "new tab" shortcut used across macOS apps and terminals. The previous Tab key toggle didn't have this problem. Please either revert to Tab, or add support for customizable keybindings so users can avoid conflicts with their existing shortcuts.
