[BUG] claude-plugins-official is removable

What's Wrong?

I'm having this issue: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/17061
So in trying to get it working again, I deleted the claude-plugins-official marketplace, and now I don’t know how to add it back.

What Should Happen?

1. It should not be deletable
2. There should be somehow to add it back (for who deleted it)

2. Select "claude-plugins-official" marketplace and remove it
