[BUG] Input Method for Chinese Character's wrong location on windows 11 24H2

What's Wrong?
When I type CJK character in the terminal(powershell), with windows11's microsoft default Input Method, it apperar at the position of cursor.
However, when in claude, it appear in a far away from the cursor's position. Pls see the vedio below:

What Should Happen?
The Input method's panel should appeared near the cursor, as the powershell behaves.

Steps to Reproduce
- open
powershell - type
claude - change the input method to Chinese mode, and type
你好 - the input method's panel appear in the wring position if claude is activated, but not in the plain powershell terminal.
