[Feature Request] Auto-checkout git branch on teleport from web session

Question

**Bug Description**
When using 'Open in CLI' / --teleport from Claude Code web, the CLI should automatically checkout the git branch associated with that session. Currently users have 
  to manually switch branches after teleporting.
