[BUG] every single conversation in history shows the same message when i run the /resume command

What's Wrong?

when i run the /resume command every single conversation from the history shows the same message since most conversations end up being compacted once they run out of context.

What Should Happen?

it should properly summarize the conversation and have a unique label. or it should let you preview the conversation and look at a few of the messages before choosing by using some sort of popup
