[Feature Request] Add confirmation prompt for numeric hotkeys 1-2-3

Bug Description
For the survey questions (e.g. "How did that compaction go?") I often accidentally respond because of typing responses to Claude.

E.g. when Claude's response is

Questions for You
1. First option
2. Second option
3. Third option

So I often leave feedback accidentally that does not match with what I would prefer
