Bug Description
For the survey questions (e.g. "How did that compaction go?") I often accidentally respond because of typing responses to Claude.
E.g. when Claude's response is

1. First option
2. Second option
3. Third optionSo I often leave feedback accidentally that does not match with what I would prefer
