Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Dec 5, 2025 by BenniProbst Closed Feb 4, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When using claude code on each decision yes/yes allow for all/correct the choice becomes randomly and rapidly driftig between "yes allow all" and "correct me". This looks like a multithreading bug. I always use some luck to check the right box. When typing correct, I also must type multiple times for the korrect key to be typed and use luck again to check the correction box

What Should Happen?

I choose one of the 3 actions.

Error Messages/Logs

None, the bug is not visualized.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load Context of Projects above the 1M lines of code size and complex descriptions that exceed a compact session at least one time automatically.
  2. Try to use self written agents to read in existing README.
  3. Start any task.

Screenshot apperently does not make sense, you will only see one option.
